Do I need an account?

Yes. You make a free account first, with your email or Google. Then you get 3 free quotes. You do not need a card.

How much does it cost?

It is £12 a month, or £120 a year, which is 2 months free. Making an account is free and you get 3 free quotes before you pay. You do not need a card to try it.

What are the free quotes?

Once you have a free account you can make 3 quotes without paying. You do not need a card. After that, you carry on for £12 a month or £120 a year.

Is my data safe?

We keep as little as we can: your email, your business details, your prices, your trade and your quotes. We never store your recordings. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. The privacy page lists everyone who handles your data and why.

Is there phone support?

Not at the moment. Email [email protected] and we will reply by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel, go to Settings and tap Manage subscription, or email [email protected].

Does it work with VAT?

Yes. If you are VAT registered, add your VAT number in Settings and VAT at 20% is added to your quotes and invoices. If you are not, leave it off and no VAT appears.

Can I put my logo on the PDF?

Yes. In Settings, under Business details, add your logo (PNG or JPG, up to 1MB) along with your business name, address, phone and bank details. They go on every quote and invoice.
