Trade Voice Quote, back to start

Terms

Plain terms for using Trade Voice Quote (tradevoicequote.co.uk). Questions: [email protected]

What this is

Trade Voice Quote turns a spoken job description into a quote you can send. It is a tool to save you typing. The quote is yours, not ours.

Check every quote

The wording and figures are produced by software and can be wrong. Check every line and every price before you send anything. You are responsible for the quotes and invoices you send, for your prices, and for VAT. We never guess a price: if you did not say one and it is not in your price list, the line is left for you to fill in.

Free trial and paying

You get 3 free quotes. After that the price is £12 a month, or £120 a year (2 months free) where the yearly option is offered, taken by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give part refunds for the rest of a month, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it. You can delete your account in Settings, which cancels the subscription.

Your account

You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account safe. Do not share your login. You must be in business as a trade or be buying for a business. Do not use the service to send anything unlawful or misleading.

Your data

Your quotes and details stay yours. We store them so you can use them, as set out in the Privacy page. Recordings are never stored.

Keeping the service running

We try to keep it working all the time but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may change or stop the service, and if we do we will give notice by email. We may close accounts that abuse it, for example by trying to get around the free quote limit or overloading the service.

Our responsibility

Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for lost work, lost income or losses from a wrong figure in a quote you sent, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Law

These terms are under the law of England and Wales.
